Be a Zelda or nintendo site - If you have a site on mario, final fantasy or one of those sitesthen it will be fine.
Have quite a bit of content - We don't want to send our precious visitors to a site that has two pages and three words on each
Not have any "Under Construction" sections - No under construction signs because visitors need places where they can explore. If you have tons of content I may make an exeption.
